Orders and Payments

Your order is confirmed when we receive your deposit or full payment. Because we manufacture many of our products to measure, you normally cannot cancel an order after production begins. We will also confirm all payment terms clearly at the time of purchase.

Measuring and Installation

Accurate measurements are essential for achieving a perfect made-to-measure fit. Therefore, when our team carries out the measuring service, we take full responsibility for the accuracy of those measurements. However, if you choose to provide your own measurements, Window Fashions & Interiors cannot accept responsibility for products that do not fit because of incorrect dimensions. Furthermore, qualified installers should always carry out professional installations to ensure the best possible fit, performance, and finish.

Delivery

Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, supplier lead times, and manufacturing schedules.

While every effort is made to deliver on time, Window Fashions & Interiors shall not be liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

Returns and Cancellations

Due to the bespoke nature of made-to-measure blinds, curtains, shutters, and soft furnishings, these products cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty or incorrectly manufactured.

Any issues should be reported within 7 days of delivery or installation.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products and workmanship.

Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable and cover defects in materials or manufacturing under normal residential use.

The warranty does not cover:
